Key Responsibilities: - Conduct door-to-door marketing to promote Mauli Network’s products and services. - Identify and engage potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. - Build and maintain healthy relationships with existing and prospective clients. - Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship management. - Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement. - Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market trends. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns. - Participate in local events and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness. Qualifications: - Freshers are welcome. - Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or a related role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. - Knowledge of the local market and customer needs is a plus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés (HORECA) segment by acquiring new clients and managing key accounts for our FMCG product range.
